Payment and Fees

My fees are consistent with the usual and customary rates for experienced doctoral level mental health practitioners in South Florida. Any fee for service charges, co-payment, co-insurance, deductible, or other patient responsibilities, will be collected at the time of the office visit.

Insurance

I am contracted with many major insurance companies so I can provide affordable services during this strained economy. If I am not in network with your insurance company, my services may still be covered through out of network benefits.  Reduced fees are available on a limited basis in financial hardship situations. However, written documentation is required to have a sliding scale fee.
